Dr. Workman joined Radiology of Huntsville in July, 2008 after completing a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Northwestern University and residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Medical University of South Carolina. He also completed a residency in Nuclear Medicine at Duke University. He earned his M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Dr. Workman is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, and is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, the Society of Nuclear Medicine, and other professional organizations. Dr. Workman authored the book PET/CT: Essentials for Clinical Practice shortly after his nuclear medicine residency.
