Experience
Dr. Fry earned his B.S. in Biology from Davidson College in North Carolina before receiving his M.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a medical internship at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in 1990 and his radiology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in 1994. He received Board Certification from the American Board of Radiology in 1994.
Dr. Fry joined Radiology of Huntsville in November 2000. He was awarded Fellowship in the American College of Radiology (FACR) in May 2026. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Radiology and the Radiological Society of North America.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Fry has held numerous leadership positions. He has served twice as Chief of Staff at Athens-Limestone Hospital. He serves as Medical Director of the Radiology Department and a member of the Hospital Board of Directors at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Dr. Fry is an avid University of Tennessee Vols fan. He is a member of the Volunteer Club and the Shareholders’ Society.
